The building embraces a modern design approach that seamlessly blends functionality and aesthetics. Initiated by KAI Commuter Indonesia (KCI), the project features a distinctive laser-cut ACP screen that acts both as a sun-shading device—minimizing direct heat during peak daylight—and a strong visual feature that adds rhythm to the façade. A green wall along the north side introduces a natural touch, aiding in temperature control while reinforcing the bond between architecture and nature.
Led by the design team at AIM, the overall design showcases a bold use of exposed concrete and expansive glass panels, highlighting strength and transparency. The soft contrast of lush green elements brings balance and warmth to the otherwise robust structure. With abundant natural lighting that promotes energy efficiency, the façade reflects a contemporary architectural vision—one that respects its environment while delivering visual impact.
