The Kepanjen Station Hall and Facilities Development Project is a strategic initiative by KAI Commuter (KCI) to improve passenger services and operational capacity at Kepanjen Station. The project focuses on preparing a comprehensive Detail Engineering Design (DED) for the construction of a new station hall and supporting facilities on the east side of the station, aiming to enhance passenger flow, comply with Minimum Service Standards (SPM), and provide a more functional and aesthetic environment.
Appointed as the planning consultant, AIM is responsible for delivering an environmentally conscious design that adheres to technical standards and supports KCI’s commitment to better service quality. This development is expected to improve the comfort, safety, and overall travel experience of commuters, while ensuring the station can meet growing passenger demand in the future.
